New Patient

We have answered the most frequently asked questions from new patients below.

What should I expect on my first visit?

The first visit typically takes about 45 minutes.  The doctor will review your New Patient Forms and gather your history simply by having an informal discussion about your concerns.  You will receive your first treatment while the doctor explains everything thoroughly.  We believe educating you is the best way to prevent future injury and maintain your health.  You may feel free to ask any questions you have and we’ll do our best to answer them.  Also important for you to know is that 85% of our patients get back to what they love within 3 – 6 visits with our care.

What do I need to bring to my first visit?

To save yourself some time once you arrive, you may download and print the New Patient Forms and bring them with you.  If you are unable to do so, we have forms at our office but ask that you arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time to allow enough time to complete the forms.
