Brennan Roy, Functional Exercise Therapist

Brennan is an NASM certified personal trainer, whose focus is on using corrective exercise to maintain balance and healthy living. His competitive nature and desire to help people keeps him constantly learning and growing. He has studied NKT (NeuroKinetic Therapy) and also is certified in Kinesio Taping. He is currently a student at Georgia Massage School and looks forward to utilizing a new set of skills at synergy.

Brennan grew up in Huntsville Alabama and went to Covenant Christian Academy before attending Life University in Tennessee. He moved to GA in 2012 and started his career at Synergy at that time. In his spare time Brennan likes to spend time with his wife and two kids.
